North Korea's leader is always making idle threats to us and South Korea. He is all talk and no action. The man and his country are a joke to us and our military. If it does ever happen it won't be much of a war but instead a one-sided ***-whooping.

If war was to breakout between NK and SK/U.S

What other nations would send (troops/weapons) to help out on the SK/U.S war front side? Would UK? France? Australia? Germany? Japan? Spain? Italy? Isreal? Canada? Nato? Who else?

The US wouldn't need anyone's help.

I wouldn't want us going in alone. Reason being that I hate the fact of losing some of our boys over there. I know even with help we would lose some people, but I rather over run them and get it done with.

It's not North Korea itself that would be the problem, it's if China would help them or not.

yep, that's the deciding issue in North Koreas' decisions. It all depends on what China wants to do. So far, that's been a good thing but if they wanted too, China could change the world as we know it at any minute. However, I think we're all living a healthy symbiotic relationship at the moment and wouldn't expect anyone of consequence to try and disrupt that anytime soon.

China was historically isolationist.

Sans trying to sneak in some 80's grade weapons to help them out, there's nothing China could/would offer NK if we got up in their booty. All of China's power lies in trade, and we're their number 1 customer. Severing trade-ties with us would cripple them.

the whole country is probably out of general worldwide communication.
back to the topic, NK are pretty balanced, economically and socially. SK gas some great relations with china. And if china gets involved. US is going to poke its head somewhere. Economic blockade is going to catch up.

On a more serious note, I think a war on North Korea has to happen. Reason being that millions upon millions of people in that country are severely oppressed starving people that need very serious help. North Korea is a case of whether the world has the balls to rescue millions from all-powerful madmen at great military expense. The Korean Peninsula controlled by Seoul is something that has to happen in my opinion.

I'm sure Beijing would be satisfied with a very large DMZ between China and Seoul's Korea. I'm sure many of you think I'm mad but heinous crimes and starving people have been a continuous situation there since the 50s.
Military losses in my opinion would be worth it to end the nightmare those people are living every day.

The United Nations should for once do something useful and make it clear that Pyongyang is a state that commits massive human rights violations. Give that obese troglodyte two options:

1.Halt his country's isolationism and give his people better lives and end the horror there.
OR
2.Get ****ed up by an enormous coalition force.

Key UN members have no problem sucking up to Bahrain and other tyrants.
