I've been wanting Kingpin to star as a Spidey villain for years now. This would be great, though I would be disappointed if they try to star him alongside Vulture. I don't want Marvel to do with Spidey villains like they have with Batroc and Crossbones (just have them be small side villains for a few minutes) with the exception of villains that would fit that like Shocker and Rhino. Kingpin needs his own center movie, with henchmen super villains.
The problem I see with Kingpin is that it would sort of conflict with Netflix's toned down version of the character. I mean at this point suddenly having a gallery of rogues on his payroll, super powered ones at that, for the purpose of a Spider-man film would be a pretty drastic change in direction.

I've been to various sites and seeing some people go on about how the villains should be Venom or Carnage. No offense to these guys, but anyone that actually thought Spidey's first movie in the MCU would feature any symbiotes were just deluding themselves. If they want them to be done right, they need to be built up. We already saw Venom/Brock with little to no build up in Spider-man 3. He needs to be built up for a movie or two. And Carnage can't be done before Venom. The only reason he even exists was to make Venom more of an anti-hero.
And the worse thing is, some of these people actually want them to be introduced in the same film.

Being serious, Punisher could be a warm up enemy with the Shocker coming in next. Shocker needs good increase in rep and a good movie can help with that
