Oh boy, I can just see this ending in blood and tears... Oh well, time to live dangerously!
I am going to say Batman. He specialises in stealth and I think his combat skills are superior. Spock probably has an enhanced physique, but I think the armored Batsuit will compensate for that.
Of course, what will probably happen is that they end up having a titanic chess battle, and leave respecting each other as equals, but since those are not the rules, I'll put my money on Batman.
Assuming this is nuSpock and Baleman, I am leaning towards Spock, if the fight gets to H2H. If Bane's hits can hurt Bruce through his suit, Spock's hits will too. And Spock is faster than Bane. That being said, they start off hunting each other, which is more to Batman's strengths.
If Bats can get the drop on Spock and take him out quickly, he wins. If this gets into a prolonged H2H battle I think Spock takes it.

Let me explain it for you.
Romulans and Vulcans(Spock's race) are genetic cousins and are on average 2-3x stronger than a human, and that's just on average. It's not taking into account if a Vulcan was ripped like Brock Lesnar or something.
Khan was genetically engineered and was 5x stronger than a human. Spock was fighting him for a pretty decent amount of time and actually made Khan work for his win. Compare that to Kirk, a decently strong guy from constant exercise, training, and fighting. And probably a bit stronger than people in our day and age due to advances in science and medicine. Kirk got like 15 free face shots and he put his all into every single one. Khan didn't even flinch.
If you think Bane is stronger than Spock, put him in that fist fight with Khan and tell me how good you think he does.

Spock vs Baleman? Spock wtf stomps. ... Don't know how anybody is supporting Batman.
The OP never stipulated this was Christian Bale - you're assuming. And you know what happens when you assume...
I don't really have a lot of respect for Christopher Nolan's Batman, but I do have lot of respect for Batman - and since he has a dozen or more movies, with onscreen feats that includes beating the crap out of Superman, Spock is completely out of his league.

Unless otherwise stated, in this forum when people say Batman they usually mean Baleman.
Maybe we should ask Scoobless for a ruling? If it's the last Batman movie with Christian Bale, I am more than happy to retire from the field since I stopped caring about him after the second movie with whatever-his-name was.
If it's the best of Batman from all his movies, including the animated ones, Spock is completely out of his depth, as I would be more than happy to prove.
