To be honest, I wasn't super excited for the show initially either, but I've gotten into it.

I've always wanted to see more of the higher level superheroes, but all the Netflix originals are going with the street folks like Daredevil. For now, shows like Supergirl or Flash scratch an itch that others won't bother to touch.

I got about 7 episodes in before I lost interest. Since the first season is now on netflix maybe I will give it another shot.

Also yes I like seeing the higher level heroes. I'm guessing the problem is characters like that almost always require a higher budget.

I'm hoping Marvel steps it up for the Defenders.

Max would make a perfect Booster Gold. Personality wise, he's already there, just have him develop a suit.

I'm sure Defenders will be cool, but I want to see some big guns throwing down too.

Oh dear Down to 2.66 million viewers on the CW already. The lowest it ever reached it CBS was 6mill.

Doubt this will get renewed for a 3rd season.

Ouch, sad to hear.

The Superman and J'onn conflict over the kryptonite was one of the only times I liked the tension/drama between heroes in these CW/DC shows, as it kinda made more sense than the other examples I can think of.

Wonder what the other shows like Arrow, Flash, and Legends numbers are? CW isn't CBS so the numbers might not be all that bad.

It's well below the Flash's S2 numbers. Even slightly below Flash's current season. Just A little below Arrows S2 opening episodes, bearing in mind Arrow doesn't have the same level of special effects.

Quite surprised that even adding Superman didn't give it a great start on the CW.

I didn't say I don't like it.

Not even seen the new season yet as starts here next week I think. Just pointing out that its future doesn't look great due to ratings.

You also said the same thing about Legends of Tomorrow, that it probably wouldn't get another season based on viewership, yet look how that turned out. I see your point about Supergirl though, but not really that worried yet either at the same time.

I love the show, I see no problems with it.

the actor playing snapper carr does't look creepy at all
