So I figure what it means with class S level people is they're planet-threatening in the 'they could go around and destroy every city and nation and nothing could stop them.'
Like, if you classed dragonball characters in the YYH method, Nappa and Raditz would likely be S-class.

kimmimaro literally died because of his sickness his heart stopped right before he was about to kill lee and gaara
full health kimmi would have beaten them quite easily
sasuke,oro and raikage have nothing to with this fight..... also jugo didnt tag raikage he was stomped rather quickly

What are you basing that on?
Was it ever stated in cannon that Kimimaro was that strong? Was it ever stated that his heart disease's debilitating effect wasn't nullified by his curse mark? In fact, it was explicitly stated that the curse mark overpowered the disease, and rendered the toll it had on him physically, null.
You're aware that his disease only killed him because it caused him to have a heart attack, right? If so, then I'm sure you're also aware that heart attacks don't physically harm, or debilitate someone until they suffer the effects of their heart palpitating, right? That's why people can have heart attacks for hours, and not even know it.
And, um, yes, Jugo DID tag Raikage. He tagged him with multiple chakra blasts, and even thought he killed him, until it revealed that Raikage was barely stunned by the blast.

Learn to read, stupid. The curse mark made him physically invulnerable to the effects of his disease, but the disease made him have a heart attack, which killed him almost instantly. He didn't just magically die from a disease that does nothing to him.
