How often has Diana removed the bracers? She would not resort to that tactic, and even if she did, she isn't one shot beating Angela. For now she has more feats, but trying to inflate her to places that she does not belong is wrong on every level. Angela after all was said to have torn moons apart. it was off panel, but it's still canon to the character, and just how powerful she actually is. A statement like that clearly places her in the class 100 tier, and she has Top tier MA skills.Diana isn't taking out Thor, or Angela, before one of them takes out Cass. Thor at least has Shield MA training. What former training does Cass have? Again Diana isn't beating them both. Anyway have to get moving.

Tore apart, and broke is nearly the same thing. Why don't you take a sword, and try to cut NYC in two with it. My point is that it would still take a considerable amount of strength to even make a crater. She was said to have broken moons. Also why would they write if, if it didn't happen? if you read a novel without pictures, and in that novel it said that she broke the moons of whatever, your first thought is whooa this chick is a power house. or, at least it should be your first thought. Right or wrong?
