Strongest DBZ character that Kibito Kai can beat?

I'll make this even easier: Dabura=Perfect Cell>SSJ1 Gohan(Cell-era)>>SSJ1 Gohan(Buu-era.)

Even during the Cell Games, when Gohan was FAR more powerful, he still HAD TO become a SSJ2 to become more powerful than Cell... When he was merely a SSJ1, Cell stomped him rather easily. That said, Gohan couldn't have possibly stalemated a Cell-level opponent(ie. Dabura) as a SSJ1 during the Buu-era, given his VAST reduction in power at the time.

In short: Gohan literally MUST HAVE been a SSJ2 against Dabura. Anything less would have been stomped... And effortlessly so.

i clearly said goku was dead when he first turned ssj 3 and alive when he fought buutenk which may be why he took longer to transform

And I told you that being dead made SSJ3 easier for Goku, as he stated blatantly.

goku was alive when he fought buutenks and dead when he fought majin buu that is what i was talking about in terms of transformation speed if you could comprehend things you would understand

btw both of those times he was on earth what he does in otherworld is irrelevant i ws just correcting you about what he said

im talking about when he transformed on earth

It's still a transformation though...even if it's done in other world. It's not like that realm add some type of special ingredient to aid in Goku's transformation.

my point has nothing to do about where they i specificallly noted that at ome point goku was dead and at another he wasnt which may be why the transformation speed was different

against fat buu dead

against buutenks and kid buu alive

1. You pointed out that Goku being alive against Buutenks could have helped his transformation.
