Fan remake of Night Slashers. Hsppy Halloween.

Steam has started their Halloween sale on spooky games and also other ones.

And also GOG too.

The Messenger is free on the Epic Store

i was going to get on Steam but not anymore.

^ The DLC for it is also free.

Reminds me of Ninja Gaiden.

Those currency things respawn if you save and go to the title screen. Makes farming ridiculously easy at the start of stage 2.

I seen people play when it was first released, The demon that spawns when you come back after dying. just stay idle and he ends up leaving.

Zombie Driver HD is free on Steam.

Postal 2 is free on GOG, For those that haven't gotten it by now.

Epic is doing 1 free game a day until Christmas.

And an "epic coupon" for 10 dollars off, perpetual renewed every time you buy something. Not sure if it stacks with sales, but you're guaranteed 10 bucks off anything in the store that costs 15 dollars or over.

I'm getting very picky with free games, Has to be something that i would play not just get it because it's free.

Same. A lot of Epic offerings have been good though, like Nuclear Throne, Enter the Gungeon, Hyper Light Drifter, Inside, Messenger, Celeste... Really more hits then misses.

The 12 games a day hasn't impressed me so far, but I only caught like three of them.

Speaking of which, Celeste is free again today. Get it now if you missed it the first time.

What's the point of being tied down to a launcher if they don't do cloud saves?

Hyper Light Drifter and Subnautica are back to square one, unless I can figure out where the saves are kept.

Hyper Light Drifter is free again, For those that missed it.

Just transferred a clear game file to my new laptop. Kind of a pain, you need to use an online tool and use notepad to copy data off a save file on the old system, and one on the new one, to splice a new file with all your progress.

Great game, but the dev is obviously all artist, and not a coder.

Kinda bs Epic games store doesn't have the cloud save system like Steam

apparently it does have that system, Must be wonky with Epic then.

I know HLD had it disabled across platforms, because of problems with how the game does saves.

But that doesn't excuse Lego Batman 3, Subnautica, or Transistor saves not carrying over. Seems a lot of devs on Epic choose not to implement cloud saving, for some reason.

Cuphead still on sale at 30%. Guess that's about as low as it will ever go.

I may get it on Gog.
