Ducktales: Remastered is about to leave all digital stores, You have until August 9th.

I've got my on Xbox.

I got it on the PS3, Ended up buying it again on Steam.

Guess Steam will outlast Xbox Live support on a 360.

It only supports Xinput, meaning Xbox junk.

Bad decision from the dev's. Shovel Knight gets it, it works fine with a Dual Shock, which is what you really need for this kind of game.

Easily worked around with Joy2Key, btw.

Or maybe Steams controller config can do something, but I don't want to risk problems with the games that support a Dualshock natively.

Works good for me and i'm using the Logitech controller F310 gamepad.

It should that uses Xinput, the same thing Xbox controllers use. A PS2 controller with usb adapter uses directinput. The same thing Street Fighter 5 dropped, and that arcade sticks use.

Fire Pro Wrestling World on sale.

Seriously considering buying the entire dlc package. The base and enhanced movesets at least, for full mod access (That ECW and Chikara roster!)

Sure, it's great to be able to play as our favourite NJPW wrestlers (but a lot of the custom edits were better than the officials), but now we can only do so with a completely vanilla version of the game, which is quite boring after you've had a chance to play with mods. But no, that's going to be another $30 spike wants from us in a few months.

It seems like Spike Chunsoft is completely oblivious or careless of their main playerbase for this game (ie: people who have been playing fire pro games for years, run e-feds w/ mods and custom things). But this update completely changed how the PC version loads data, rendering all mods unworkable and un-updateable.

The community is now split into 2. People who have updated to FPWW 2.0 for the NJPW wrestlers and ZERO MODDING (and either couldn't be bothered or don't know how to rollback to previous versions and get a 2nd copy of firepro working with mods post-update). It has been discovered that the only way to continue using mods with Fire Pro Wrestling is to make a 2nd copy of your game before updating, and running a separate 1.02 version while offline in steam. Essentially, people who want to use mods basically have to pirate the game now....

Not exactly sure how Spike saw this impacting their buyrates but... they just killed their game.

😠

Well, it's cheap. 5 dollars for six adventure games, I suppose if even only one of them was good, it would be worth it.

I've only gone through Deponia, I also have The Night of the Rabbit in my library on Steam haven't touched it.

Deponia any good? The reviews make it sound like Monkey Island 2 levels of "Guidedamnit", where answers don't make logical sense, and you end up looking them up in a guide.

Yeah its good and yes it does have answer like that too

haven't gotten the newer one that was released 'Deponia Doomsday'.

Planescape Torment Enhanced Edition on sale.

For 10 dollars, to not have to mess around with widescreen mods and get an updated UI and resolutuons, this sounds like a pretty good deal.

Just found out it's under 4 dollars on IOS. The only one, too, all the others are 10.

Because of COURSE the one I just bought on Steam is the cheapest one on IOS.

Eh, no regrets. The tiny icons would be a nightmare on touchscreen, and I prefer the mouse controls for on the fly expanding/reducing the on screen images, and general navigation.

Hyper Light Drifter & Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden is free on the Epic Store

personally i'm more interested in Hyper Light.

Gonna try them both, if I don't like them I can always get a refund.

Almost spit up my lungs, looking at Mutant Year Zero's Steam page.

34.99!! Yeah, this isn't a console, that isn't a AAA game, and no game that's like Xcom is worth that kind of money. Not to me, anyways.

15, 20 dollars max would be a reasonable price point. They just got greedy.
