Unfortunately no...only because Exile kills them all. But according to multiple sources Exile would have turned into Nihulus-lite had she gone darkside anyways...

Vitiate's Empire blows Revan's out of the water. All he has is number and possibly tactical advantage, but nobody in his Empire is notably powerful apart from himself and Malak.
