I got Metal Gear Solid 5: The Definitive Edition on a whim, since I never got around to the base game last year. Definitely worth the $50 price tag, lots of content.
It's a pretty good game, I used to be a massive MGS fan, pretty much all the way up through MGS 4, and then I kind of fell off it when Kojima started messing with the formula in Peace Walker.
The open world structure feels a little weird in an MGS game, and the side ops get REALLY repetitive, but the main story missions are pretty damn fun, and wreaking havok on unsuspecting enemy bases kept me busy for many hours.
the old games weren't quite as packed with content, I still prefer the old linear structure. Overall, fun game though, would recommend.

How does Telltale's Batman stack up to their The Walking Dead: Season 1? I really, really enjoyed TWD: Season 1.
Tough to call, when I played Walking Dead Season 1 the entire season was out. So I don't have a total picture of Batman just yet.
I'd say Walking Dead is still best. Because I'm familiar with the character Batman it feels weird making choices that Batman wouldn't actually make. And it's tough because you come across characters you already know. So it's like "Do you TRUST Carmine Falcone?"
The story itself is really fun so far though. But I haven't hit the emotional points that made Wolf Among Us and WD so good just yet. They DO however play with the Mythos of Batman so there are some things that are changed which feels kinda cool.

Appreciate it, Quincy. I also played WD Season 1 once the entire season was out, and most likely will do so once Batman has already released all its episodes as well.
Just started playing a mod for Neverwinter Nights called "The Hex Coda". Fans of the game put a lot of work into this module, they even created a website specifically for it with a bunch of lore about the world.

Even though Neverwinter Nights came out 14 years ago it has been kept alive through the modding community. A couple of these modules that have been made have their own tv trope pages, and one series of mods was actually turned into a book series.
