Just finished Batman: Arkham Knight.
I enjoyed it when it first came out but there was something off about it. However, this time, I enjoyed my time immensely. It's a fantastic game.
I 100% this time around and I was never really bored. Originally, the amount of tank sequences was off putting but it wasn't a problem this time around. I enjoyed how the tank changes to gameplay up. It's all fighting sections and sneaking areas.....the tank sequences adds a new element that I found refreshing. It's also is fun and pretty in depth. Rocksteady did a fantastic job.
I didn't really want a new Batman game but after playing the second time....I kind of do. I would kill for a Batman game that follows the Dark Knight Rises story. I think it would be a huge opportunity to redo some of the mechanics and also have a kick ass story to follow. That's if they don't mess up the first sequence when Batman shows up for the first time in 15 years.

Dragons Dogma PS4 remaster. They didn't do much with the graphics, but the gameplay holds up really well, still very fun.
So you have the original?
They already had an hd texture pack with DA, so I was wondering how they'd top that. 4k uprez, I'd assume.
At least you get the infinite ferry stone we DA buy ins got shafted on.
A minor complaint, but carrying extra stones does add to the weight (And I always forget to distrubute them to pawns, despite naming my main pawn "Mule".)

I have the original on PS3. TBH, I just saw the PS4 remaster at GameStop on the cheap, and hadn't played DD since it was released, and just had the urge to play it.
Speaking of DD:
Is there any way to safely take an Ogre in melee after it goes wild? I can whittle them down easy with 100 kisses, but the rage mode is almost always a one-two hit kill.
As an Assassin, I can just finish him with my bow, but what fun is that? (Plus it takes forever unless you use Mighty Bend, and that leaves you vulnerable..)

In all seriousness though, you can stagger him with enough leg strikes, and shields are good against him since they can block his rage attacks.
Do not ever try to climb him, like, ever. Worst thing you can do against ogres.

Looking at YouTube videos, there's no way Battletech shouldn't be playable on a potatoe. If the minimum system requirements are true, the games very poorly optimized...
Yeah, game is poorly optimized. I’m on a pretty souped up rig and (strangely) I get a lot of menu lag for some reason. And I’m not talking during battle (w/c is very smooth in my system), it is during the base management portion of the game. Loading is a chore.
Kid Icarus: Uprising, Splatoon 2.
I have so many years of nintendo to catch up on, last nintendo console I had was the Wii, and it was barely even used.
In fact, we barely had any Triple AAA games, off the top of my head I can only think of a CoD game we had on it, no first-party big nintendo titles, only stuff like Wii Sports, Wii Sports Resort, Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games.
Last time I had any nintendo stuff worth having was on the gamecube.
The first KOTOR.
I have an incredibly hard time playing games nowadays let alone getting into them. Usually I'll turn on a game and keep it on the homescreen until the system turns off.
KOTOR is fantastic though. Swallowed me up like a 2 dollar hooker. All I want to do is see everything.
I really wish they had todays tech back then for a third one (or for the first one) with the same writers. I just want more of the worlds. I remember it being a lot bigger when it came out. Oh well.

It's all a matter of perspective. Back then I'm sure it seemed huge.
Still though, that's all I want now is a well written huge KOTOR. Tempted to get a decent comp to play TOR but I don't have faith in Bioware's team anymore
