Big difference from Hardcore?Because Hardcore in three is kicking my butt. I'm not sure if I played Normal in 2 or not, but I sure don't remember the AI being quite so liberal with the grenades to flush you out, snipers taking your head off as soon as you pop out, nor the other class's being as effective with their abilities.
Looks like I was playing DLC from For Ash's and Citadel.
That would explain it. The good DLC campaigns kicked my rear in ME2, as well.
Engineer turrets are hell.
Originally posted by cdtmAye, I remember ME3 being a good deal harder than 2, probably because is more action oriented.

Tbh I'm halfway through 2's insanity and it's ez pz.

I could never do it if it's 80 hours.Tapped out of Tales of Symphonia at hour 30 or so. Been playing Persona 4 on and off for ten or twelve years now.
Just don't have the patience, no matter how good a game is.
I think for me Witcher 3 on my first playthrough was well over 100 hours. But I did a lot of extra content and as many sidequests as I could, plus exploration. If you just do the main quest and the major sidequests it's something like 60-70 hours.
