Good to see that game is still going.

Yeah; funnily enough they actually hit their player peak this year, so they're going quite strong.

That's quite a feat considering the game is old as phuck. Lol.

I heard it got a revamp *recently*?

Playing a game called Hades via Epic Games. Also some Saints Row 4.

In 2013 they launched the 2.0 version of the game, having rebuilt it almost completely from the ground up. Every two years since then (2015, 2017, and next friday) they've released expansions that raise the level cap, add/change skills, and add more story stuff (and the game is VERY story heavy).

I love the game, tbh. There's always something to do in it. It's especially handy that you can play every class on one character.

Been waiting for a good sale.

Since 2010. This game's as likely to drop to 5 dollars for a Steam Summer Sale as Super Smash Bros.

Yes, isn't on Steam, that's the point.

FFXIV?

If you're willing to play the non-Steam version, either on PS4 or PC, it regularly gets sales.

Just remember that if you buy Steam, you have to buy all your expansions through Steam too. The non-Steam version and the Steam version aren't compatible in terms of purchases even if the two account types can play together.

Rebel Galaxy.

Funny reputation system. Yeah, your rep with pirates and raiders will go down, if you hunt down every last one of those bastards after they ambush you.

F*ck pirates, they need to be slapped down.

And the militia. 👆

Hey, Red Devil Cartel scumbag space money is as good as military facists.

Replaying Drakengard 3. Even with the mediocre gameplay and frame rate issues, it's a great game. 👆

On a similar note, one of these days I have to get around to playing Nier. It's the only Yoko Taro game I have yet to play.

Playing an indie called The World Next Door. It has combat where I gotta run on and connect tiles to cast spells while evading foes and the more tiles connected, the more effective they are. It's really fun.

Maybe Borderlands Handsome collection.

Not sure if it's worth 5 dollars, since I have Borderlands 2 already.

Still Rebel Galaxy.

It has this odd difficulty curve where the better you make your ship, the harder enemies become. A lot of games do this, but in this case the curve isn't smooth, so you end up in situations where you upgrade your broadside laser cannon two tiers, and find yourself unable to even penetrate a ships shields, much less dent its hull.

I'm at this stage now, and so opted on an alternate strategy to earn credits over seek and destroy missions: SMUGGLING.

Dropped all my weapons, bought the fastest ship in the game, and went with the Merchent Guilds shadier business dealings. I feel like Han Solo in the Millenium Falcon, sprinting past various blockades and picket ships with ease, because I'm in the fastest ship in the galaxy.

Clive Barker's Undying.

world of tanks and forknife

After finally finishing Skyrim after playing it for over 7 months almost non-stop I've started a new playthru of Fallout: New Vegas (Ultimate Edition). Oh, how I love that game so damn much. That opening scene where the courier/player character gets shot in the head is so awesome and really sets the mood for the game.

After putting it off for years I'm finally going for the Platinum trophy this time; only have a few trophies left to get it so shouldn't be a problem though I am playing on 'very hard' difficulty (for first time) & 'hardcore mode' (as always). Haven't even made it to New Vegas strip yet and already my character has died about a dozen times from Night Stalkers & Deathclaws and I lost the very useful robot companion ED-E. He'll be sorely missed. Though I do have the sniper companion Boone (or is it Boon?) now. Combat on very hard difficulty is no joke when you are at such a low-level and don't have great weapons so I've learned my lesson from being so arrogant in relation to combat; am now much more careful in which enemies I choose to fight and whether or not I want my companion to help out with them. Don't wanna lose another one.

I've also been enjoying watching some FNV videos on You Tube. Mainly I'm watching this newbie girl play who is playing only on normal difficulty but at least she's playing hardcore. She's fun to watch because she's says lots of funny things and is so sweet and caring to just about all NPC's (except the Legion, whom she hates). It's so adorable lol.

The Last Day of June.

Another glorified walking simulator.

Avengers: United Battle Force.
