the SS negates the first 2 and Spidey has better high feats, better stats and the webbing is pretty damn haxxy.

You choose now to start taking every statement Pete makes literally? The day I see scans of Sentry fighting Galactus to a standstill is the day I'll agree that this was a fight. Until then it doesn't even qualifies as a scuffle. 😛

actually, It wasn't just sentry. IIRC X-Man later said that he and sentry had gone on several adventures together and even fought galactus.
