When Namor wasn't fighting back? And they barely did anything to Namor and he was nowhere near water at the time. Not to mention you are simply highballing. Don't forget Spidey has several more appearances that BP, so that means more high showings and PIS showings, if people starts to use that BP won't come out looking good

The Panther Clan is Idris Elba and 5 sock accounts.

Invisibility doesn't add much against Spidey, but energy claws could be the deciding factor.

If it was last month I'd probably agree but Panther apparently can sneak up on Parker without his spider senses going off, so invisibility would make Panther lethal especially given it's companied with Teleportation.

How is that possible? The sneaking up part I mean. If he actually attacked Pete and Ss didn't go off I have to call PIS. But if he just snuck up on him without any ill intent then there's nothing wrong with that. Ss might not register BP as a threat because he wasn't. That has happened before with other friends/allies. However, that wouldn't be the case if they were fighting.

It was no intent to harm Parker by Panther but Parker seemed suprise that his SS didn't go off and then not so much surprised when he saw who it was.

Spideysense doesn't detect people, it detects threats.

That's why teleportation/invisibility isn't particularly effective.

Thatnks for the scan. Horrible art though... Yeah, that explains it. The same thing has happened before on few occasions. That means ss doesn't register him as a threat.
Ps: Is that canon? Why does Pete act like he's never met BP?

My guess, it's a never-before-told-tale of their actual first meeting. Similar as they did with Logan and Shang in First Class series.

Marvel keeps retconning this stuff, so original first meetings of superheroes that you were familiar with turn out to be 2nd, 3rd, 4th and so on 😂
