hahaha. look at lestov's title.
this is silly. i'm sure people will say the judge was biased or something.

A bias black civil rights judge,

guess what, 2 out of 6 have gotten off, and this judge is the judge that will preside over the next 4 trials.

Okay this shows a huge problem with our justice system. Why do we allow people to rack up huge arrest records like this? Why wasn't he put in jail for a long time after the 5th or 6th time?

I guess people here didn't know Freddie was a known drug dealer in a high crime area and had a switchblade, which is an illegal weapon in plane view.

Gray being a scummy guy was known, as it was talked about in here in the first ten or so pages as well as his arrest record being listed.

Would you agree he should of been in prison?

Probably, seemed like a committed career [drug] criminal.

But focusing on Gray's criminal record is a distraction. Gray being a scumbag isn't a valid reason for the police to cause his death.

This is true, we shouldn't focus on it as an excuse for what happened if indeed foul play took place, which I don't think it did. However, it does say something about our justice system that I don't think is wise to ignore.

The justice system failed everyone, even Freddie.

The police didn't cause his death as per 2 trials came up with nothing.

Gray ran from the police and had a swtichblade, this is why he as apprehended.

While in police custody, he tried to hurt himself and did, leading to his death.

Case clase

Two officers in Freddie Gray case sue Marilyn Mosby for defamation.

Can't wait for her to lose this one too.
