So I'm gonna save one of my friends... But I'm really scared

This summer I have agreed to give one of my kidneys to my friend. I'm afraid of dying for some reason though

you wont die, just watch the drinking, smoking and strenious filtration system that wil be your remaining kidney, that things does wonders so keep him happy, if you're doing this then respect dude. not alot of people i know would
