Vader. Suit + raw power.

Not sure. Vader has more raw power and combat ability but his suit seems to slow him down.

Speed and stamina feats for Revan? Vader takes both categories imo, but maybe there's something I'm missing for Revan.

All I saw for Revan's speed was blitzing some non-Force users and contending with people who've blitzed Force users, and for stamina fighting for over an hour on the Star Forge. Nothing really beyond Vader, tbh.

Also, how does Revan's esoteric knowledge hold up? He studied a planetary storehouse on Malachor and perused through Vitiate's mind. Vader had full access to the Jedi Temple archives and the Banite archives (note how Bane himself already had more Sith knowledge than anyone before him according to Fact File), and Sidious is actually stated to have completed his training in the dark side so Vader would know a shit-ton of advanced abilities including Teleportation (even Palpatine's adepts could casually teleport around the battlefield, and the Banite archives included instructions for the technique), and even Force Storm (Palpatine taught this to his adepts). Really, there's so much stuff Vader would know that I'm not convinced Revan could match.
