😆 Which again is weird because of them being said to be the lowest mortal level universes.

Horrible arc.

Can't believe I was mildly excited about it after Goku Black.

I'm glad I didn't watch any of the episodes leading up to it. Just followed the news here lol.

You're not missing much, yeah.

Next week looks like a total throwaway episode.

The universe with Jiren in it is pretty got darn formidable but their team work isn't that great. Then, I thought when they were talking about the weakest Universes, they were talking about the Universe as a whole, not just a couple of people. If that's the case, their statement is true. Also, besides Vegeta, Goku, Frieza and the Androids, the rest of the Z fighters seem to be fighting with each other using team work. The universes that keep attacking Goku, ganging up on him is the Universe that is losing.

You guys have high expectations. Please lower them when entering a DB thread.

Roshi and Ten double team was awesome (Bringing back the obscure electric attack 👆 )

And lol at Carver deducting points for teamwork, then claiming every time they use teamwork against Goku they lose.

Yeah, funny how them working together proves they can't work together. They've been absolutely dominating on combination attacks, and losing on plot devices.

I enjoyed them this time 😂

I'm getting used to Supers' habit of making characters who get stronger because they feel like it. -shrug-

Was cool to see Kale go Superboy Prime on the dimensional barrier.

Same here. I can enjoy Kale and Caulifla with that in mind, though can also understand how the last couple episodes were hype killing in other respects...

And yeah, a filler arc building up much of these bland characters sadly wouldn't of saved it either.

Lol...team work has worked against Goku. Goku gets help to save him though. I never said Goku ALONE was the reason people are losing but people trying to take Goku out IS the reason these universes are being wiped out. If it wasn't for outside interference, Goku would've been gone if he doesn't turn blue. Maybe you should ask before assuming, kid.

Then people would've complained about filler episodes. It's a lose lose situation.
I don't see what part of my idea necessitates filler and would cite the success of contemporary animes with tournaments rich in depth to prove my point.. I'm not suggesting that we get BS buildup scenes like the pride trooper dudes saving cats out of trees or the hyping of useless robots or that Bergamo get a series of solo episodes before making his debut. Instead, look to Yu Yu Hakusho's Dark Tournament and how each team fight didn't feel like the good guys were beating random dudes in a game of a whack a mole.

👆

Yu Yu isn't even a top of class fighting anime, yet it makes Super look like bad fan fiction (Hell, so does mediocre fan fiction like Dragon Ball Multiverse 😛 )

Yeah, the Dark Tournament of Yu Yu's another decent example of how to do a tournament arc, though don't like how the show has aged by this point. Didn't help either that even before I saw its aging, I couldn't be as invested when seeing Yusuke vs Toguro again when it was like 90% exposition and only 10% actual fighting... Everything else was good for that arc though. Wonder how Yu Yu would do now if it got rebooted or something, though should perhaps stay in the past just to be safe; don't want Yu Yu getting a successor series that's in the same ballpark as DBS with the writing and stuff after all.

I'm just glad m'boi Vegeta hasn't gone Blue yet.

Aside from briefly helping Goku against the wolf trio, but yeah, gotta conserve that energy. Aside from that, I do like how Vegeta makes the Blue form have more of a presence compared to Goku when he uses it. It's just how Vegeta doesn't pull any punches like Goku typically does, and using Kaioken makes the Blue form look nothing special on its own, at least when Goku uses it. I get that it's done in part to hype up the limit breaker form, but still, don't like how Goku has made SSJ Blue so underwhelming by this point.

Im all for Goku getting w/e new technique if it means Vegeta will keep and make SSJ Blue his own.

Like...you know...you know SSJ Blue is to be feared when its Vegeta rocking it.

So what if Goku came up with a new technique, but Vegeta is the one who mastered the classic. And I don't mind Goku being ahead because of w/e new technique or power up. They just need to make it so its not a gigantic gap like what they did with SSJ3 and SSJ4 in GT.

I'm sorry, but Vegeta is too weak to even beat Team Jacob without going blue...

YouTube video

Oh well.

Nothing new. Id forgotten about it lol. Like most of everything thats happened except Black.

Naw, Goku and Vegeta going blue was a overkill. They could of taken them out with a simple ssj 2 or lower.

Regarding Vegeta mastering blue form, it sounds good to me. Goku goes for techniques and Vegeta having blue all for himself.

Vegeta should combine gold, red, blue into a flashing Super Mario like invincibility for 8 seconds, where he can beat anybody before he fizzles out. 👆

DBS-tier writing right there. 👆

You need to take a break from drinking, cd. Few days at least 😂
