Apparently Gohan is going to fight Kefla:

Gohan: "Father, please settle things with Jiren! I'll do something about Kefla."
Goku: "Gohan..."
Kefla: "......Who...are you?"
Gohan: "A Saiyan like you. Raised on Earth."
End text: "Hit hard! Son Gohan!!"

Was about to post that... I guess Gohan won’t be the epitome of disappointment in at least one medium.

How much does Kefla have to be nerfed to lose to Gohan? Even more than Hit was am guessing, tho I hope Gohan at least has some cool new skillful moments, assuming he schools her and all.

I mean, there's always a chance Gohan will get stomped by her. If he does decently, however, I do hope it's explained well... I, for one, would definitely like Gohan to preform well here.

Nothing to explain, a two fused SSJ's stomping a Blue never made sense.

At most, they should be a bit stronger then Gotenks level. Mystic is comfortably above Gotenks.

Thought Super Saiyan fatigued blue Goku one punched her... had her severely damaged? I want Gohan to beat her. He deserves this.

Like Black was so much better in anime than in manga, it looks Gohan will be better in manga. Gohan should win the ToP in manga.

I think it will still be Goku (and maybe a select few or couple) vs Jiren in the end, but at least here someone like Gohan can actually save Goku from having another fight or two and thus Goku conserving energy more sensibly.

Unlike in the anime where Goku just faced whoever challenged him regardless of the state he was in while Gohan was jerking off somewhere off-screen.

I just hope the manga's power-scaling during the ToP makes a bit more sense than it did in the anime... That shit was ridiculous.

So in the manga Cabba and Caulifla actually identify Kale as the "Legendary Saiyan that only appears once every 1,000 years."

Broly a genetically modified legendary saiyan? And Kale is a natural born legendary saiyan.

So Broly a clone of Kale in a sense? What a turnaround.

I notice the trailer showed a vegeta looking figure with a monkey tail. I assume this person is King Vegeta, since I notice Paragus standing next to him, looking very young and he's shown to have white hair now in the present.

So unlikely its Kale blood sample .

Broly going to have a manga version arc in the future, after the tournament of power. 🙂

I did like how her rampage apparently forced Cabba to sneakily put one potara earring on Kale, and have Caulifla put on the other. i.e. Forcibly merging them into Kefla was the only way to stop Kale berserking.

And a manga version of the Broly movie/arc is not guaranteed, given how the manga pretty much skipped RoF, but will have to see I guess.
