He deflected some of Thor's blows. You don't need that much strength to deflect a blow. Just enough to push it to a different trajectory.
I'm not saying Loki can win against Hulk or that he can match Hulk in strength. Just saying he's within Thor's range because otherwise Thor would have easily been able to dispatch him.
I don't know why some people (like you) think of him as a weakling when nothing in the movies has shown him being physically weak.

Looks pretty un deflectable to me.
Go back and look at all my arguments, I have never thought of him as weakling. I usually always take his side. But saying "he can deflect or outright stop Hulks attacks" is not true.
The only time he deflected Thor's attacks was with Gungir and a scepter with an infinity gem in it.

Well he can stop talking for one thing and actually pay attention to the fight. He's fast enough to catch arrows and keep up with Cap so he should be fast enougj to dodge a few of Hulk's blows. Then there's his illusions and faux teleportation skills.
So your saying he can't grab him at all now? Cmon dude, lets not play dumb here. Hulk was not shown to be a slow poke by any means, he will grab him and smash him again. If this was Loki vs Hellboy, I'd say Loki all day, but cmon man..this is silly, just admit he gets smashed and thats it, I don't want to be uo all night arguing a non issue here.

If Loki was actually paying attention to the fight and not focusing on his loud mouth? Yeah, pretty sure Hulk won't be able to grab Loki... not right away anyway. I mean, Loki effectively used his illusions on Thor. Are you saying he can trick Thor but can't trick Hulk? Are you saying he can dodge some of Thor's attacks yet have no hope of dodging any of Hulk's attacks?
I never said Hulk can't hit him, just that he can evade quite a few of them.

Like I said above, he could dodge (read last page)..but how long is is dodging and tricking? Hulk has the reach, speed and size to completely dominate the fight. The initial argument is getting blurred now, you went from him deflecting or stopping his attack to now dancing dodging and using magic..
Honestly I'm not even trying that hard here, Hulk is Carvers baby.

All I said was that he was strong enough to deflect some of Hulk's blows. You're the one who asked me how he could stop Hulk from grabbing him (because you can't deflect a grab see? You need to evade).
And I never said Loki can beat Hulk. This is not a loki vs Hulk debate. I was just trying to say that Loki is still within Thor's strength range.

He's not blocking or tanking any hits from Hulk definitely. I'm not conceding that, because that was never in question. But he's definitely not going to be an easy victory for Hulk if he pulls out all his powers. Plus he still has those daggers with him.
Anyone tough enough to give Thor a fight os tough enough to give Hulk a fight.
