Yep. It is: "In time, Malak sees Lord Revan as soft, resulting in a tension that culminates in a lightsaber duel; Malak loses his lower jaw to Revan's blade, necessitating a metallic jaw guard." (page 156)

The best part about that is his fake quote is worse proof of his argument than the real one. Literally shooting himself in the foot, or stabbing himself in the jaw.

Fun Fact: The tension between Revan and Malak came from different views on how they wanted to handle the Star Forge, and Revan's "soft" tactics in war - which in reality was just tactical, long-term planning.
