Nope. The point of cited sources is to find the book personally, then get the true quote.

Understandable. Prefacing your statements with, "as cited by the KOTOR campaign guide according to Wookiepedia..." Would be the best idea. 👆

Not really. Wookieepedia cites Annihilation as the source for the nature of False Emperor Malgus' defeat (according to the wookiee, he fought a strike team of 4 and lost because of pulse grenade spam). Even though the book says absolutely nothing about the FE fight.

Like Ant said, wookieepedia isn't reliable just because they put a source to their fan-written descriptions of events. They can be reliable for very basic info you can get from just reading whatever comic/book it is they're writing about, but anything more complex than that is either left out or miswritten.
