Neph, after everything said about Windu, needing all his skills to beat Ventress isn't a bad showing for him, it's an amazing one for her. One statement doesn't lowball a Jedi we've known to be the best duelist in his order for years now, but it enforces the idea of Ventress being one of the finest Sith in history, as duelists go. She took on council members pretty easily.
She too would beat Bane in pure sabers.

I'm not lowballing anyone, I'm putting him into context. The fact is that Windu has never demonstrated that he's a swordsman who can casually stomp other master swordsmen. He had trouble with Bulq, he had trouble with Ventress, he had trouble with Maul, he had trouble with Dooku. People need to gtf over him. He is not THAT powerful and skilled. He didn't really have trouble with Bulq, you need to actually read that fight if you're going to comment on it. Having trouble with Dooku isn't a problem either, since Dooku is on the rather long list of people better than Bane.

Bulq put him on his ass and they dueled for an extensive amount of time. Longer than Ventress did. Mace also had trouble with Depa and suggested that she was actually more skilled than he was. And yeah, Dooku included, Mace had a lot of peers and duelists who were comparable to him. Bane was better than everyone in his time. I think that's worth a little bit of effort on Windu's part.
Whether of not Bane is on Windu's level, I'm merely suggesting that he wouldn't be stomped. I hardly think that's something that suggests I need to get over him. I'm sure you'd say the same thing about the Exile. So try not to throw stones.
I am calm. If I could for once say something without you suggesting that I'm a swirling tempest of emotion, that would be really great thanks.
That I'm being mocked for merely arguing that Bane doesn't get stomped doesn't say good things about the state of the forum. All I am suggesting is that a guy prophecised to have perfect strength and power wouldn't lose to Asajj Ventress a few months into the CW in a duel. I am being the epitome of grace here.

You have a point (sorry for cutting in btw) but I feel that some of Windu's duels are circumstantial. During his duel with Bulq it is true that they dueled for an extensive period of time but I personally feel that was due more to their intimate familiarity with each others chosen style rather than Bulq being an equal to mace .
As for Depa, during shatterpoint Mace pointed out that he was not at his best, and even though Depa was not at her best she was still fresher than Mace and had the advantage of being familiar with his style and contending with him only a couple days after his beating from Kar and after she cheapshotted him with a stab in the gut add that to the two week long journey it took to find Depa, his own horrible headache, and him still struggling with the Dark Side (which she
had already submitted to) and that doesn't really make for a fair match. Even then he held his own, and his statements about her being better than him I count as self effacement.
Those are my only issues, and yes I agree that it is crazy to say this fight is a stomp in Windu's favor he wins but I really think Bane will make him sweat for it.
