TOR Team. I feel like Shaak Ti or a more force focused council member would fare better than Kenobi. Inferior duelists but Kenobi's lack of focus on the force would leave him weak to most of the people on the TOR team.

But I feel Thor would take out Kenobi before any other fight is finished, massive disparity in dueling (favoring Kenobi) and massive disparity in the force (Favoring Thor). In a fight like this however, force powers matter more.

Making them doubt and blasting "interference" at them made it hard for them to concentrate and draw on the Force effectively, just like Anakin crumpled when Dooku taunted him and he was thrown off his game. You contradict your first paragraph in the first sentence of your second paragraph. A Jedi's state of mind is directly related to their ability to draw on the Force, correct. Revan's technique clouds a Jedi's mind and prevents them from properly drawing upon the Force. Essentially, it is a form of telepathy (Mental Dun Moch) that cuts a Jedi off from the Force.
