That post has more HIV than all of Africa.

Possibly but I hate what bioware does

Get rid of an idiotic plot element that never made sense to begin with?

Which one didn't make sense exactly?

The part where he was born acting and looking like a demon, snapped his father's neck at ten, and then ate a world, while dominating 8,000 powerful Sith Lords, mostly.

That's not realistic? He was meant to be one of the most powerful of all time, if not the most.

Would it really surprise anyone if M. Night Shyamalan turned out to be one of the main SWTOR writers?

If he was meant to be one of "the most powerful of all team" he wouldn't need to eat a planet and still almost lose to Revan.

Yet now he controls all the beings on a planet and doesn't need 8,000 sith lords to perform his ritual.

That's because he doesn't have a body.

I wasn't aware that leaving your host body allows you to do more.. Then again, that ignores the most obvious explanation: that he mastered the technique.

He didn't master his technique, especially since it no longer works on all powerful beings like Lana. Hint, she's not all powerful. And yes, not having a body would obviously free you of many limitations, like a set amount of power you're able to wield, or in Vitiate's case, the number of people you're allowed to possess.

He mastered the ritual. In terms of possessing people, he seemed more powerful as a body. Also lana is considered powerful.

Lana is not anywhere close to the PC's let alone someone like Revan, who Vitiate has dominated before. Any Revan for that matter. And he didn't master any ritual, because his draining of Ziost isn't even the same as his draining of Nathema. We don't even know how this ritual even went down, or if it is a ritual at all.

Lana specifically said she was preparing her mental defenses for months prior to Ziost to counter something like Vitiate's widespread attack. And like we mentioned a thousand times, his power was spread out across the entire planet.

Youre kidding right? The ziost drain is exactly as described in the novel.

So it just takes mere months of mental preparing to counter Vitiate?....

A weakened Vitiate with his power spread out across a planet? Why not?

Except for the part where the Force obviously still is present on Ziost and people can land there without dying.
