Fugg dude it was metaphorical

Someone can PM me the stuff about the Dos Equis man that I'm supposed to consider. Be concise, for God's sake. Be concise.

Who?

Admittedly, I’ve only beat the first three acts but I haven’t seen anything yet to put Valkorion over Sidious. Sure, his tooling of Arcann was badass to the extreme but from a sheer power perspective it isn’t nearly as impressive as the Ziost stuff (though I much prefer the former).

Ziost is hard to peg down as a display of raw power because rituals are designed to overcome shortcomings in power and it's still not clear if that was a ritual or not. Valkorion, however is blowing up ships towards of what's released and killing hundreds at once with the excess energy that he's blasting at Arcann, and this is supposed to be him weakened. From a pure combat point of view, it's rather impressive. Sidious on the other hand really only has Force Storms and being a nexus to go off of at this point. Force Storms aren't that impressive given my take on it, but controlling them is so Sidious still has mad props, and it's already shown that Valkorion's power is killing the Outlander each time they use it.

Which is odd; if the Outlander isn't the ideal body for the Emperor (unlike Luke for Palps), why pursue them in the first place?

He's gotta break you first. You need to be reborn...

Well, like I said, I've only beat Act 3. 😛 Haven't seen that yet.

@Ares, you'll be seeing how badass Arcann is, which is why Vitiate's feat is so impressive.

Are there any light side versions of these cutscenes?

HOLY **** did Vitiate just stop time? Also what is that thing he is doing to the Outlander when he is in his head? Like what force power would you guys consider that?

Btw, the knights of Zakuul are pretty impressive. Darth Marr's way of handling them was badass.

Flow Walking, Sinious.

...I feel like I'm not gonna enjoy this xpac with what you all are saying. Because now I don't see any logical way of how any of this is gonna end, without something stupid to counteract the stupid absurdity of it all.

Yeah, assumed as much but it seems like too good, no? Like if its flow walking then its top level of it.

Also, what do you think about the freezing time thing?

Not just that but he projected extremely realistic illusions into the mind of the Outlander when the latter was frozen in carbonite.

Sheev's Force storms can devour fleets of capital ships, transport matter thru time and space, and tear surfaces off worlds. I gather the Dark Empire audiobook also mentions he can trigger multiple ones? I also recall the Essential Guide to the Force saying he can conjure them at will.

That's pretty hard to top tbh.

Like I said before, that has a lot more to do with his control over the Dark Side than actual displays of raw power, given what he says about it in Jedi vs. Sith.

Intriguing. Given that all of it originates from a control of the dark side, I don't know what you mean.
