They were forced to destroy his disc, to break Surfer's mind-control.

Hulk was equipped with same control disk and was far more weakened than surfer as Surfer was on sakaar for quite some time.

Hulk still KTFO him with a few punches. After the disks were removed.

Surfer on account of, theres no way in hell collosus would do what Surfer did to the warbound. Hed get torn apart.

And surfer wins here FWIW. Colossus is useless.

He had arrived on sakaar quite some time ago.

Surfer attacked hulk in the very same manner, he was trying to greet him and surfer hit him with a mace. Hulk was annoyed.

When he returned the favor, surfer was KTFO.

It was never in doubt who was stronger. And entire warbound were weakened as well.

It's a non feat for surfer.

And I still give zero credit to the petty cheapshots the Hulk gave after the disks were removed. Surfer hits him one time, Hulk hit Surfer REPEATEDLY. And apparently it didn't do much as he was back on his feet to deactivate the rest of the discs in no time.

I'm not surprised you would try to low-ball this feat.

Surfer used "atomic strength" amping against Thing.

Without amping, he would get raped by Colossus. Norrin doesn't know how to fight.

He didn't use amping when he physically beat-down classic Abomination.

When?

Abom's a jobber most of the time, anyway. She-Hulk'd, etc.

Well technically he didn't use "atomic strength" but there was some energy near the end. He used PC to knock him out in the last panel:

Your scan of Surfer doesn't give any time reference to how long Surfer was on the planet relative to Hulk. But it does reinforce how weakened Surfer was:

"The portal weakened me. I was vulnerable like never before"

Unless you can prove Surfer was on the planet longer than Hulk, you have no basis for claiming Hulk was more weakened.

Did you miss the part where Hiroim says they would die if they didn't break Surfer's mind control disc? It's pretty explicit.

This is quite puzzling. My response pointed out a durability feat and then asked more or less what level of Class 100 people think Colossus is on. You also have a problem with my response and yet when I ask for Class 100's he is comparable to the response is "the kind that are Class 100".

If you are saying despite the durability feat mentioned you think Colossus can hurt him..that is certainly a way to go, but you would need more then just "a lot of characters who go inside black holes get knocked around". It's also not his only durability feat. Doesn't Surfer wade through stars without any harm? Hasn't he had fights in the cores of suns?

I don't even see where being PC has to even enter into it. I don't think I posted anything worthy of being sniped at. Disagreed with sure, but nothing that should tick anybody off.
