Just seen this. What are u talking about? Maybe u misread. Im saying his intelligence SHOULD go down the angrier he gets. Since hulk is the epitome of a rage monster the madder he gets the less likely he should have the ability to form rational thoughts.

Post another time 'POP' was used to denote breaking metal. Just one. Use DC, Marvel, Image, Dark Horse, anything you like. Even manga, if you want. Nice and easy for you. Pre Crisis, Marvel 1950s comics, whatever you want.
Edit: the Doc Green scan is given even less credence as it's the shoulder joint - notorious for being able to be popped out, as it's a ball and socket.
