Are you trying to say Spider-Man isn't a bullet timer?

I'm saying that Ock with his 4 - upgraded - tentacles is slower than OR with his 2 tentacles.

This is true, but then the question becomes if he can dodge bullets why was he unable to dodge Doc Ock's attacks?

Batman, Nightwing, Shitwing, ****nisher, Taskcunt and countless other streets can dodge bullets fine, too -- even after they've been fired -- and they still get tagged in hth a lot.

Basically, dodging bullets doesn't make you unhittable in comics. There is a dozen or so threads that got off-topic'd into this. Sure, when you're fast enough to outrun a gunfire, you logically shouldn't have trouble with avoiding a madman carrying a knife (Joker as an example), yet it doesn't work like this at all.

Anyway, Rossovich has a really great showing against Daredevil - making a short work out of him in a few panels.

Daredevil is the guy who dodged/deflected bullets after they've been fired many times. He's also the guy who has beaten Spider-Man in the past 😛
