It wouldn't be a real sign. Maybe a joke by a property owner. Even so it could only be around Queensland's erection. Or someone in the Top End who doesn't know that we have an entire archipelago between us and the nearest earthquake zone.
Possibly the east coast if they think a Tsunami big enough can reach them from the New Zealand earthquake hotspot.
But generally. Australia isn't hit by Tsunamis. That's what we have Indonesia for.
