This is getting silly. Obama has no cause to speak about this murder, no more than any other murder in America. Once again: any talk of amnesty for illegals doesn't cover violent criminals, so this is irrelevant to that discussion and thus irrelevant to Obama's immigration policy. That you're trying to turn this into a political issue is in poor taste.

There is a massive difference between this and any of the murders that Obama has spoken on: this says nothing about our society other than murderers murder people and sloppy policework leads to tragedies.

Obama can't say anything about this because it isn't a situation that he can us to his advantage or to push his agendas. That's why his mouth is shut.
