i'm sure scoob thought of an example, but...yeah. he's right. tech can't amp tech--or shouldn't.

i am in favor of the rule changes for sure, but.....that opens things up a bit more. wish i'd have seen this earlier. i wonder if, in lieu of the changes, we could move this draft back some? i'd like some time to consider something. maybe back it up 12hrs? if everyone objects, that's fine, but this is a pretty significant change and i'd like time to consider options that were not previously allowable....

if not, digi has my pick and will post it. i gotta tee time to be off to. later

No I did not mean to delay the 2nd draft. But to extend the time to draft.
