Ok, well, at least you are trying to support an assertion there. However:
- "It's pretty much proven" in this case I think translates merely to "I really think this"
- 'Europe has huge problems all of the time"- not really. Taking Western Europe for good comparison, really not more than the US does. Right now the Eurozone is in a pretty crap place but a few years ago it was the US superbanks crashing out. Things happen.
- "Greece is an absolute disaster because of the liberals running the country into the ground"- Again, not really, though the only word issue here is 'liberals'. It was political corruption and an issue with the tax base that primed Greece for trouble. That's not really connected to liberalism.
- "Retiring at 46! And then a pention for life" I think 46 is an exaggeration, but in spirit pretty much EVERYONE is agreed that Greece has an over-generuous pension setup that needs trimming- as they are now being made to do. The Greek pension system is in no way a central tenant of socialist policy- it;s just bad government. Hence me saying from the start that no-one suggested the US be like Greece.
So, do successful and hardworking people owe liberals/socialists something?
My brother in law borrowed 25k against his house and bought a truck, tools, and 100 pools under service contract. He worked his pool route for 8-10 hours a day and spent another 8-10 hours a day doing the business side of things. He worked a minimum of 16 hours a day, 7 days a week for over 2.5 years. He said the scariest part was hiring people to do the pool cleaning side of business. But he is now up over 3400 pools. He has a remodeling side he started up last year and a new build side he started last year too.
When he started, he only knew the basics from the internet. He learned the rest as he grew. The largest pool company in AZ offered to buy his company and give him a 6 figure job in their marketing department. They offered him $1,000,000. He declined. His new goal is to get to 6000 pools and then branch out to CA and TX. Once he does that, he will be worth millions and will be making at least 500k a year.
It makes me sick to see liberals/socialists claim a right to his earnings. Claim that he owes everyone else something since he has so much already. Well, screw the socialists and their ilk that think that. Nobody owes you anything in this life. The sooner you realizes that, the sooner you can trade in your diapers for big-boy underwear and succeed.

Keep winning capitalists.
Edit:
How's that unemployment coming along?
How's that education coming along?
How about that national debt?
IF you knew anything about America you would know why, and it has nothing to do with capitalism. It has to so with the federal government over taxing employers more for having full time employees as well as the govenrnement taxing you harshly if you want to work two jobs because you can't get full time work. You are absolutly clueless. Your opinion lacks an insightful opinion because your facts/opinions are wrong.
Socialism is the closest relative of communism. It places people in a 'by class' tier.
No, I'm not against taxation. It is a vital part for health care, pensions, etc. Though I do think that taxation should be standardized at a certain rate.
I do not support the socialist proposition of increasing the tax rates of the wealthy few, merely because they earn more money than them. Most of these wealthy people earned their money through hard work or inheritance.

Employers in Norway pay so much more in taxes than US employers.
Do you have ANY clue how much the average person funnels into the government here?
That's why you think your country is tanking, because you're paying too much in taxes? 😆

it's on the mend. we dont hear much about that because it kinda goes against the general narrative of 'obama wrecked our economy'.
Good 👆
Still a tragedy compared to Norway, but good news nonetheless.

Ah so you made a claim and blamed it on capitalism, I struck it down now you change the topic to talking about Norway.

You didn't strike it down.
In effect the average corporate tax rate is lower in America than it is in Norway. It's supposed to be 40% but due to tax exempts it's roughly half of what it is in Norway! http://www.wsj.com/articles/SB10001424052970204662204577199492233215330
We pay much more than you in Individual tax and Payroll tax. Not to mention consumption tax which can go as high as 25% for a lot of stuff here.
Neither of the countries are entirely socialistic or capitalistic. But taxation is not the reason why America is suffering.
Low taxes are a staple of capitalism, America has low taxes.

Let's look pass the sensationalism your trying to invoke though. I used to think the same as you. That taxes should be a flat rate. Now though I don't think a flat tax rate is equivalent. Taking the same % of a poor person's income vs a wealthy person is not the same. The poorer person is going to feel more.
Also I once heard someone say something that made a lot of sense for me. Those people that have benefited most from the system in place should pay more to help maintain that system.

Again your original claim had nothing to do with your beloved country Norway. You were claiming capitalism for our problems.I am absolutely unaware that this capatilist economy makes tax law in our socialist government run by Obama.
And capitalism IS to blame for your problems 👆
Low taxes hurts you.
