I challenge you, go through the tierings here at KMC and find the non-robot or not alive characters with innate resistance to spiritual attack...
What you will find is that most characters have no resistance to spiritual attack, thus rendering Thors attack more lethal than Supes...
This is basic logic, but your bad reasoning prohibits you from realizing the obvious...

Thor wins in a landslide...
Considering their feats they both hold back considerably and holding back is something that has been mentioned numerous times for both characters.
If I had to choose who holds back more I will pick Superman. I think he is more likely to keep holding back past the point Thor would. Plus Thor sometimes goes on rampages or warrior born moments in comics where he kills pretty regularly.

Also, I'm don't believe in the feat at all. I'm not sure Thor sucked Loki soul. If he did then Just because it worked on Loki doesn't mean it works for all beings. You see that Thor's soul was also in agony and pain. Plus it took seconds of prayer to summon. This is not practical in a real time fight where Thor would be assaulted well before he finish the enchantment.
Superman can kill by singing anyone out of existence. That's an instant death for ALL PHYSICAL BEINGS.
