You speak of goku's striking power being greater, but nothing from the show or manga show iron goku coming close to being able to lift planets. Okay starbreaker can take punches from supes, but the name says you may have to hit with star breaking punches!😰 And no, you're not stronger if you lift lesser than your opponent (supes an ww infinite weight!), you must be stronger. So supes have strength feats greater than goku. He hit bizzarro through the planet, an attack like that will kill goku. Either the blow from supes or the core of the earth. Supes been hit to the moon by etrigan, goku hasn't displayed that level of power yet. Superman survived a black hole, it's why he gets starbreaker, to test his strength from a worthy villian where he can go all out. Goku and vegeta are still using the gravity room and hyperbolic time chamber to increase in strength, no hint that it's even close to being on par with what supes is capable of doing with his strength. So how is goku's striking power on his level going to help him against the likes of supes? Still going to strawman? 1) Mongul is a slow brick and always have been.
2) The point for Mongul was to help Superman getting rid of his mental blocks.
3) Superman has 5 feats of striking the pressure points in 75 years of history. He fight like a bar-brawler nearly 100 % of the time and this doesn't show great skills at all.
4) At the end of the day, Superman is super-slow in combat. Nothing to worry Goku.
