EoGT Goku and current Super Goku aren't really compatible, though. Like, it's fine up until the end of GT, but from that point on he becomes an abstract entity whose powers aren't really clear.

The only "speed feats" that Superman have are totally irrelevant to a combat situation too. Flying and running fast never helped Superman avoiding attacks in a combat situation. They are completely irrelevant to a hand-to-hand situation.

If you don't have distance speeds, then you have nothing to compare the character movement speeds. Although there's some exceptions like Grundy, who can see and track vast speeds and hit them, which is how his character was made. He is dead obvious of being detected as being slower than they thought, until they fight him. So if you're saying goku doesn't need distance speed to prove they're fast, then they're Grundy, exceptional reflexes that still doesn't come close to Superman. So pic a feat of goku and Superman will still dust him.
