You use feats, but you use them for combat purposes instead of a feat comparison victory.

Like if you wanted to make the point that Superman's heat vision can hurt Goku you could bring up his one shot of V&V Despero. Then say he'd be too fast to touch because of insert feat here.

Carver could say he's plenty strong himself because of his universal punches, etc.

And as far as who would judge, I will look aroubd for 5 , and you can each veto one if you don't want them. You need to agree first though of course.

Which is better? A patient or killer that's trying to convince sane people that you're a patient? Get my drift? You need distance for measure, otherwise you're eliminating the idea of superspeed.😢but not everybody can be Superman or Zod, it won't look pretty, leaving everybody to expect streaks movement.
