Rarely and the only way for Superman to do that is to grab an unaware Goku and hope not being tagged which is almost zero chances to happen.

We have been throught this, even Nightwing can avoid the super-breath, this is nothing that could beat Goku.

Ki-based attacks are Superman's bane. He was nearly killed in one weak Ki-attack.

Th attack Nightwing avoided was compressed and focused into a narrow area.

What Superman did to Hat would cover a town, It's unavoidable.

1) It is stated nowhere that Superman is using his super-breath against the Hat.

2) Nothing is shown as being as wide as a city...

3) His lungs collapsed but he didn't show any powers besides a forcefield that makes him invulnerable...

Goku can simply rush and punch or blast Superman with a Ki-ball and the fight is over before it started and all of that in base form.

Which is sad really. I was there when it hit the web and owned the original, it was like small riples in the WWW, compared to the DB tards butthurt it was nothing, really. Deny it all you want.

Superman can't move at light soeed because he doesn't obliterate the environment when he supposedly does it so since it's not scientifically accurate it's not a true thing he can do
