1st of all, it's a 5D weapon. The weapon is so advanced that when it comes to the normal world, we can only perceives it as an Angelic host.
Did you even read Morrison's run on Action Comic? Do even read comics, or maybe you just glance the ownage thread every week.

This, of course, works the other way. Energy is all Goku has, and Superman's endured worse than his best. Yes, up to universe level (Parallax.)
Physically, he's no Ben Grimm, let alone a herald level brick.
Conversely, there's zero reason to believe Goku can tank a punch from your Hulk/Thor/Superman. Not if no one in Z can demonstrate that level of strength, yet bloody and damage each other.
So Supes probably takes his head off in one punch.

On average, Superman can't even hang with Bleach characters. Make this teen Goku vs Superman and thats where things get interested. The guy loss to a Predator-like creature that had basic super speed.

I don't debate only on high showings because if that's the case, Superman couldn't even harm Hulk who's skin more durable than Adamantium. Using high showings, Hulk could crumble Superman up into something the size of a golf ball. The guy overpowered an Abstract and crumbled a weapon equal to Mjlonir.

Goku threatening the universe isn't an overall showing at all, though. It happened once, and was arguably the most bizarre thing that's happened in the show thus far. 😕
