honestly i thought that Analyze This & That sucked, Meet the parents was funny but mostly for Ben Stiller, movies with DeNiro i like the most, Heat, Goodfellas, A Bronx Tale, Raging bull

Anaylize this was great that wasn't too good and yeah Meet The Parents was mostly good for Ben Stiller but DeNiro was great for a role like that when he ususally in crime movies.Or where he's a tuff guy.

He was good in Jackie Brown, the casino, heat in fact he is a not washed up at all, he may have been in a couple of bad movies, but if you analize his roles he is good, mostly.

No one is in tip top form ALL THE TIME. Just doesn't happen. There are peaks and valleys and for DeNiro he may be in a lull period in his career. Every actor has them. When it is time for him to shine again he will. THat's all. Losing his edge? No. Artists never lose their edge.

Yeah rated him as one of my top favorite actor.

And the general consensus here is: Robert De Niro has NOT lost his edge.
