Funny how the most successful nominee besides Trump is Cruz, supporter of homophobia and racist duck hunters. Just further proves my point that the party has an underlying bedrock of racism and xenophobia.

The issue isn't that a lot of Republicans are racists/homophobes (I don't think they are), it's that they don't care about racism or homophobia and don't think it's a big deal.

IMO complacency is essentially the same as perpetration.

Because if you believe those things to be true then there is no conspiracy theory in stating Hillary kept govt secrets on her private server. Her very job is such that she has to communicate things that are sensitive.

And yet, while somewhat sensitive, none of it was classified at the time, and it had no breaches, and it's been closed up and is no longer an active concern.

Now I realize you are simple on this subject. Hillary will get a pass eventually with this, thats how it works. That doesn't diminish what she did, it does put into question the judgement of her followers though.

That doesn't diminish what she did- which, btw, she admits to and does not diminish-... but nor does it blow it up to the level you want either. Non-classified information is, ultimately, not that big a deal, and you can't obsess it into being something bigger. It was not gross negligence of classified information or so on.

Taking one thing and then pretending it is something different and bigger is, in short, what's going on here. And ultimately, misrepresenting someone else to try and present them as doing something worse than they did makes you look bad. It's a dishonest tactic.

You know, I really did not expect Ted Cruz to be Donald's top competitor at this point. Trump underperformed some yesterday- not enough to not be in first, of course, but more competition from Cruz than I expected.

Though Rubio did get all of Puerto Rico's delegates so he's still hanging in for now. Still needs Florida.

Or in other words, if something is a problem, pretending it isn't allows it to persist and continue to harm people.

On the radio today I heard Trump naming all the states Cruz couldn't win and saying Rubio should drop out so he can focus on Cruz.

To which I still say:

Yea, really.

And it's looking increasingly like that'll be the final showdown.

Hilarious how the Republican candidacy has now come down to the blowhard nativist who is endorsed by racist David Duke, the architect of the government shutdown who is endorsed by racist Phil Robertson, and a weasly corporate shill who is the complete puppet of GOP donors. Good job republican voters. Good job.

*slow clap*

Just further proves my point of the underlying bedrock of racism, xenophobia, willful ignorance, and jingoism at the heart of the GOP

This entire election is just one big clusterf*ck. The sad thing is the big ratings these debates get..are not because people care about the election, but because it's a circus.

Even worse is the reality that if Trump doesn't get the nomination or if he does get it but loses the election..I don't see Trump just laying down and not trying again in 4 years.

At this point I'd rather just elect Skynet then any actual person.

IMO, they ultimately can't help who endorses them so I'd not condemn them on that alone.

Being too cowardly to outright declare "Thanks, but I don't want your endorsement considering what you stand for." is something we can chastise for.

Here is where it doesn't make much sense. Let us say I support someone, but let us also say I have a bad reputation. Wouldn't I then think "well my official endorsement of this person might hurt them" ?

David Duke might be racist, but now it also seems like he's out of touch with this thing called "reality".

He's definitely a racist, you don't become the Grand Dragon Wizard Cyclops Master whatever of the KKK without being racist.

Yeah, but do they seriously not know how the rest of the country views them?

In the case of Ted Cruz, he's had Robertson at his rallies, even most recently an anti Trump rally, which makes Cruz's condemnation of the David Duke controversy even more hypocritical.

But the thing is, Robertson has been allowed to speak at CPAC, the main GOP gathering, so if the main GOP brass don't mind being supported by a racist like Robertson, it's hypocritical for really any Republican to come out against Trump for racism. Again proving my point of the GOP's bedrock of racism and how Trump has exposed it.

For sure, was just commenting on the endorsement part, as it can be out of someone's hands if someone endorses them; what they do with said endorsement afterwards isn't.

Holy shit, it looks like Bernie may pull an upset in Michigan when polls were saying Hillary led by like 20 points

😂 @ Hilary votes in Michigan

I hope I didn't speak too soon lol

This was supposed to be a blow out for her😂
