A Normal everyday Superman (with mental blocks) is a little stronger than BA. This is because of his increase in power over the years and the fact that he was considered a peer before the increase.

He also one shot koed Champion who was in possession of the bands. Casually knocked him out.

Stars are mostly gas and plasma. The Drax feat was more of an energy manipulation feat. It's like picking up an entire beach by just grabbing a hand full of sand. Anyway Superman holding a black hole is astronomically more than ripping out the core of a star.
