FYI...Read the manga from Right to left.
Champa and his partner are flying around by a planet called Namek searching for the Dragonballs... (not knowing the planet exploding some time back). The Kai's are looking at them from their planet that is located in another dimension.
As shown above, Champa and his comrade sense the Kai's looking at them through the crystal ball and this happens...
As shown, they flew to another dimension in no time at all. Hell, as soon as the Kai's acknowledged them. We clearly see them flying and no one minus Goku knows how to teleport (the Kai's does as well). Soooooooo, this is why I said it's the best speed ft ever. Not only did they have to cross a Universe, they had to speed themselves fast enough to cross into another dimension and that took a second to do.

They saw them in the crystal ball. How does that makes them fly to a different universe? They could have used a portal or teleported there.
Where does it say that they flew to a different reality? That's the most improbable scenario out of any scenario you can think of.
