We clearly see them flying and no one minus Goku knows how to teleport (the Kai's does as well). Soooooooo, this is why I said it's the best speed ft ever. Not only did they have to cross a Universe, they had to speed themselves fast enough to cross into another dimension and that took a second to do.

Here Superman explicitly states that its the first time he has been able to hurt Doomsday when he was fighting him for hours.
