Yes, the problem is it's incredibly difficult to prove someone's intention.
You mention a person's history is viable in court. Yes, but you are not talking about his history, you are talking about his sister's history. If you present your argument of "Well, I believe a member of his family did something wrong, and so that means he DEFINITELY did" in court you'd get laughed out of it.
And of course the parents aren't cooperating, they have no reason to.
Your whole argument is so far fetched, you seem to be implying that the kid is some kind of magical fortune teller who can see into the future, who knew all this would happen as a result of bringing a gutted clock to school.
I don't need to be a moral authority in order to know what proof is. Proof is proof, you can prove something on the internet, absolutely. Just because you aren't smart enough to doesn't mean it's impossible.
