Naah. No Herald is close to Goku. I can't think of a single being in Marvel or DC that has almost destroyed a universe plus other dimensions with punches (while not even using the completion of their power). It doesn't exist. One of the best strength ft in comics/anime if you ask me.
The only thing Goku and Beerus is missing is versatility but in DBS, seems like that doesn't even matter looking at the fact that there are beings that create life and planets, has shown matter manipulation but yet they still pale in power to the weakest of Goku transformations.
