Gambit knows savate, and may have been quite formidable back in the day, but nowadays? Not so much.

Namor isn't ignorant at all...on the contrary he seems quite knowledgeable on earthly affairs,and according to the handbooks/his bio,speaks just about every language and he has fought alongside cap for a very long time to compare. I believe cap once called him one of(or was it 'the'?) the best h2h in the 20th century or so,and he has schooled cap in h2h as well.

As for gambit,unless he stopped training,I don't believe he as gotten weaker,he just hasn't had any panel time

Also shouldn't hercules be up there as well?

OT: why the heck is logan so high? He may have learnt several MA styles,but e certainly dosent use them,he just fights like a savage with his claws..cyclops has matched him in h2h several times iirc

Why mess with what works?

He has six, foot-long unbreakable claws, which can cut anything he wants...and a HF unparalleled by any other street.

Whenever he schools Cap, it's because of his stats advantage. Not skills.

Gambit got destroyed by Cap, humiliated by Bullseye, resorted to New Sun powers against Batroc and Zaran, got stalemated by powerless Blade, hurt his ankles just from jumping off the rooftop (something that never happens to any competent street), etc.

Hercules has experience and the greco-roman wrestling thing, weapons proficiency, but aside from that... not much. Got bested by brainwashed Shaw, despite having the sword that could cut through anything.

Wolverine is placed as high as he should be. Being a berserker fighter doesn't hinder him at all, as explained by Forge.

I will agree that wrestlers are very strong and tough but boxers have the hardest training regiment of most any sport, wrestling included.
