The Spectre allowed him to do it, to let him feel better. Obv he is so powerful, if he wants blood to flow to really sell an illusion, he can. Nothing more, nothing less. It's not exactly applicable for Batman as a combat feat.

PIS would be the time Superman was unable to detect Batman, but Aquaman was...

once again, some ppl just like to shit all over Batman and discount his feats, it isn't PIS if he does has these stealth feats all the time, is it PIS when Superman lifts something really heavy? no its not, he's done it so many times that its just a regular part of the character.

Wolverine and Batman are the best.

Since Bruce's feats have already been posted, I'll list a few of Wolverine:

- sneaking up on Extremis Iron Man, who was able to detect Strange's astral form
- sneaking up on Vanisher
- vanishing in front of Nightcrawler, Kurt never even blinked
- vanishing while in a plane with Psylocke who was after her Ogun training
- laughing off Fantastic Four security systems, getting in without triggering a single alarm
- sneaking up on a deer... successfully... unlike that time when Shaman's student scared the deer

He has more.

When he disappeared from in front of Psylocke, he also got off that plane whilst surrounded by soldiers, right?
